Our process consists of (4) steps.
Step 1, In-home Consultation. One of our experienced estimators will come out to your home to go over the scope of work to be done, they will go over structural options and collaborate with you regarding design ideas and options. They will then take measurements, photos, conversational notes of the space and meeting with them to share with your designer.
Step 2 – Showroom Meeting. You will come to our one-stop-shop showroom and meet with your designer and estimator. Your designer will have a proposed floorplan based on your discussion with the estimator during the initial in-home meeting. Once the floorplan is decided on, your designer will walk you through the selections process. You will make selections on materials such as: cabinets, countertops, flooring, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, tile, and other materials that will customize your space for you. After the selection meeting, your estimator will put together a comprehensive estimate that will include the actual material to be used in your space.
Step 3 – Design Phase. After this meeting, once we receive a signed construction contract and collect the initial deposit, your designer will begin creating your design package. The design package will consist of a detailed selection sheet, 3D renderings of the space, existing and proposed floor plans, and tile & cabinet elevations if applicable.
Step 4 – Kick-off Meeting. Once you have approved the design package, we will schedule an in-home kick-off meeting. Your estimator and designated project manager will be present to review the construction plans and designs before construction starts. Construction begins shortly after the kick-off meeting.
